KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) faces intensifying climate risks \u2014 from coastal flooding and storm surges in eThekwini to prolonged droughts and extreme heat across inland districts. Transport infrastructure, as the backbone of the provincial economy and social mobility, sits at the centre of this vulnerability and thus requires embedding climate risk into provincial transport plans and climate-resilient transport planning cannot be separated from land use planning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
