Mr Sbu Ntshalintshali serves as Project Officer: Public-Private Partnership and Manager: Renewable Energy at eThekwini Municipality, with extensive experience in energy and infrastructure development. He is a professionally registered Chartered Energy Engineer (CEng), a professional member of the Energy Institute and a member of the South African Institution of Chemical Engineers. He leads strategic infrastructure projects across the energy supply value chain, bringing an integrated energy perspective to green transport and climate-resilient infrastructure. His work highlights how low-carbon electricity and alternative fuels can support sustainable mobility and resilient cities.
